Sign up for @TOWIECasting on Twitter, they publish locations where they are inviting guests to appear on the programme, also if you are interested in appearing on Towie,  E-mail [email protected], you need to include a picture, your age, and telephone number, where you are based and be over 18.

Right Place, Right Time!

You can never discount being in the right place at the right time.  Some inside knowledge helps of course but one method of appearing on the show is to be in the vicinity of filming and be interesting enough to be worth filming.  Becoming a regular at The Sugar Hut might mean that you are picked out for a show.
